1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are strictly Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

* Sale Items: Any item purchased while on sale or at a discounted price is considered final sale.
* Price-Based Exclusions: Any item priced at £40 or under is categorized as a sale item and cannot be returned.
* Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For health and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable:
     * Indian Stud Earrings
     * Indian Traditional Earrings
     * Indian Traditional Jhumka Earrings
     * Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

* Return Shipping: We provide Free Return Shipping for all eligible, full-priced items.
* Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please log into your customer portal or contact us directly with your order number.
1. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
